1. Who we are

This website (purisidem.com) is operated by PT Bali Family Development ("BFD", "we", "us"), the developer of the Puri Sidem villa complex.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you actively provide, or that is generated automatically while browsing:

• Contact forms (WhatsApp, brochure download, general enquiry): name, email address, and — where the form asks for it — phone number, the villa type you’re interested in, and any message you write.
• Attribution data: if you arrive via an ad or campaign link, we record the campaign source (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign) so we know which marketing channel led to your enquiry. This is stored temporarily in your browser session, not on a server, unless you submit a form.
• Language preference: the language you select is saved in your browser (localStorage) so the site remembers it on your next visit.
• Analytics: aggregate, anonymous visit statistics via Plausible Analytics (cookie-free — no personal data collected). If Google Analytics 4 is enabled in the future, standard Google cookies would apply.
• Advertising: if you arrive from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, or interact with our site while a Meta Pixel is active, Meta may set its own cookies to measure ad performance. See Meta’s own privacy policy for details of what Meta does with that data.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry about Puri Sidem villas (by email or WhatsApp).
• To send you the Investment Memo / brochure you requested.
• To understand which marketing channels are effective, so we can improve how we reach prospective investors.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Who your data is shared with

Your enquiry is sent directly to BFD’s team by email. Depending on which tools are active at the time, the same enquiry may also be logged in:

• Bitrix24 — our CRM, to manage the sales process (when connected).
• Meta / Google — only the fact that a conversion happened (e.g. "someone requested the brochure"), for ad measurement — not the content of your message.

We do not share your data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the sales relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time as the website evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
